职位描述及要求



Job Requirements:
1. Know the general building structure knowledge and be able to check general drawing; 基本了解建筑物一般结构知识；
2. Be able to handle general maintenance work by person, for example, maintenance and repair of office furniture‘s; 能单独完成一般维修工作，如办公家具的检查维护修理；
3. Be able to design and draw general small building modification; calculate the engineering quantities and the project budget; 能单独设计绘制一般小型建筑改造图纸及工程量的计算和工程预算；
4. Basically know about the construction site management knowledge and acceptance of project quality; 基本了解施工现场管理知识及工程质量的检查验收；
5. Basically know about the evanescence knowledge and outside facility maintenance management; 基本对绿化工作的知识了解，及室外设施维护管理；
6. English communication and computer used skill. 能用英语对话交流及计算机的使用。

Job Description:
1. Maintenance and repair of building; 公司建筑的护理及维修；
2. Design and draw facilities and small buildings; 小型建筑和设施的设计、草图的绘制；
3. Audit of project cost, budget and quantity; 工程造价、预算和工程量的审核；
4. Construction management and project quality check; 现场施工管理，和工程质量的检查；
5. Virescence management in factory, maintenance and management of outside facilities; 厂区绿化管理，室外设施的维护管理；
6. Maintenance of office furniture‘s; .办公家具的维修工作。
