职位描述及要求



Job Description (or Key Accountability):
-Database design, development, management of the CRM system;
-CRM application development and maintenance;
-Reporting and basic analytics;
-Documentation writing and maintenance.

Knowledge, Experience and Skillsa:
1. Technical relevant;
-Experience in MS SQL Server and Access. Oracle is a plus;
-Experience in ASP, ASP.net, Java etc;
-Experience in system architecture and system development documentation writing;
-Experience in reporting tools e.g. Crystal Reports, Brio, MS Analytic Server. Data analysis skill is a plus;
-Above 3 years experience in database design, development & management, web application development etc.

2. Common skills
-Superior problem-solving skills;
-Fluent English;
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-Ability to work independently and with a team.

3. Bachelor‘s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science (software, database), Automatization Control, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics.
