职位描述及要求



Job Duties:
-To be responsible for the overall quality assurance and quality development of EE labs
-To develop and maintain quality system of EE labs by leading a team
-To drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction
-To compile, review and approve relevant quality documents such as quality manuals, procedures, work instructions…
-To conduct, monitor and organize relevant quality activities such as internal audit, proficiency test, complaint handling…
-To apply for and maintain various lab accreditations including CNAS and CBTL.
-To train and monitor relevant staff in quality related issues
-To implement company quality policy and ensure labs operated in compliance with company policy and quality manual.
-To implement company policy on Labor’s Health, Safety and Environment
-Other tasks assigned by company

Job Requirements:
-University or college degree or above
-Majored in engineering, science or business administration preferred
-Internal auditor /quality system auditor license holder preferred
-Two years up experience in quality management in a lab preferably or in general organization
- Solid knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9000 or similar quality standards
-Rich experience in internal audit or quality audit in a lab or in general organization
-Working experience in a lab is preferred
-Good presentation skill
-Good literal skill in both English and Chinese
-less experienced candidate could be considered for Quality supervisor
-Active and optimistic work attitude
-Strong interpersonal skill and team work spirit
-Computer skill in office software
