职位描述及要求



RESPONSIBILITY
-Accountability for the day-to-day execution and financial management of assigned accounts；
-Attending and facilitating status meetings, client meetings and client calls；
-Participation in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns；
-Preferably acting as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects。

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Thoroughly familiar with agency resources and processes, able to call upon available options to construct creative solutions to client’s challenges；
-An outstanding team player, able to both mentor junior-level direct reports and support account group goals and objectives。

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 1+ years direct advertising experience, preferably in a direct agency environment；
-Strong comfort level with numerous direct channels, including interactive, mail, print, collateral；
-Thorough understanding of agency functions and processes；
-Strong oral and written communication skills；
-Excellent organizational, time and self management skills；
-Good English writing and preferably good English speaking。

EDUCATION：
-BA/BS。
