The Job:
-Achieve store sales targets
-Keep store expenses, shrinkage, write-off within budget
-Maintain store standard as laid out in the Operation Manual
-Ensure the efficient and accurate administration of the store
-Develop, train and motivate store staff
-Feed back to senior management details of store issues

The Person:
-Less than 35 years of age
-U Graduated
-At least 3 years related working experiences.
-Good leadership
-Frequent travelling
