职位描述及要求
Responsibility：
1. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual Sales target in responsible areas proactively and within company principles；
2. Control city’s overall trade spending within approved budget and plan；
3. Lead the team to fix contract with distributor and key accounts in the territory in line with company’s guideline；
4. Co-ordinate and execute national promotion plan from KA team；
5. Lead the sales team to achieve 4P standard cross channel according to company standard；
6. Optimize operation procedure among RB， distributor and outlets to continuously improve the efficiency；
7. Cascade down city’s target into each Sales people and monitor the achievement；
8. Recruit， coach and motivate the team member

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above；
2. At least 2 years management working experience in Multinational FMCG Company；
3. Self-motivated， aggressive and good leadership；
4. Good communicational in English
