| 职位描述及要求 | |
Business Management Activities: 1.To set up medical channel strategy aligned with master plan. 2.To take charge of national medical related resources (sample, POP, premium, HCP program) planning, allocation and control. 3.To monitor MJ ethical activity execution according to WHO code and local government guideline to ensure the compliance. 4.To develop, improve & maintain an A&P tracking system to monitor & evaluate ethical operations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency. 5.To lead in the planning and implementation of national wide HCP program and involve into annual marketing project. 6.To work with GPMs & RSMs in annual ethical budgets planning & review. 7.To develop close relationship & cooperation with ethical key opinion leaders, national medical associations and governmental authorities for national wide medical program/seminar sponsorship. 8.To provide support to PA/RA event & related S&M project. 9.To lead and coordinate related research projects. People Management Activities: 1.Establish leadership, credibility and accountability 2.Set regular working objectives & provide guideline, on job coaching and feedback to subordinates 3.Encourage team work (esp. cross functional) 4.Performance Management (Annual & Quarterly Review) 5.REQUIREMENTS: A.Indicate minimum amount of formal education considered necessary: University graduate, medical or nutrition degree B.Describe the nature and length of experience and know-how necessary to meet job problems and challenges. Experience: 1.Multi-experience in sales & marketing in infant/kids food or pharmaceutical business. Must be able to demonstrate a successful performance record in infant nutrition or pharmaceutical industry. 2.Minimum of 5 years in ethical sales manager level in multinational INF or Pharmaceutical enterprise. 3.5 years experience on the development and execution of ethical sales promotion plans that supported strategic initiatives. 4.Understanding of financial principles such as budget control. Ability to analyze sales administration technical data. And proven track records in managing ethical operation funds, allocating resource to support business development needs. 5.Managed multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Technical know-how: 1.Strong understanding of Infant Food sales & marketing and gain brand & category knowledge. 2.Deep knowledge in the pediatric and obstetric environment about pregnant & infant nutrition. And knowledge of healthcare professional behaviors and needs, understanding HCP influence on the behavior of the end user of MJ products and services. 3.Knowledge of internal and field sales functional roles and responsibilities. 4.Knowledge of effective communication and how to impact and influence people 5.Mastery of business administration including brand/promotion management, financial principles, operation rule and strategy management, etc. 6.Awareness of competitors in INF industry and understanding of how to develop effective competitive entrance strategies in ethical side. 7.Strong mastery of computer and analytical skills. 8.Strong oral, reading & writing communication skills in Chinese as well as in English. Managerial skills: Ability to provide guideline, coaching and feedback. Ability to motivate subordinates towards professional working attitude.
