职位描述及要求



Major responsibility:
Set up company purchasing and sourcing strategy in alignment with the corporate plan and policy, to maximize the saving through suppliers selection and purchasing volume leverage.
Develop system that gives the update market information for monitoring price trend. Align suppliers properly by product, component, technology and business type.
Monitor strategic vendor performance in terms of price/ delivery/ quality/ service.
Conduct the contractual negotiation and ensure the price can be transferred to the factories smoothly to maximize the savings.
Language:
mandarin, Cantonese(no essential)and excellence in spoken and written English(essential)
Education:
Post graduate in Chemical related discipline.
Work experience:
At least 5years experience in Procurement/ Sourcing Management and preferably in manufacturing industry.
Need to have experience in MRP, ERP & ISO requirements.
Skill and knowledge:
Independent, self-motivated and having strong communication skill.
Knowledge of and experience in international quality standards and management system strong in people skill and communicate skill, Possesses strong commercial sense on business environment
