职位描述及要求



Main Responsibilities:
1. Provides leadership and management for research and development program and activities related to lighting products for the global market;
2. Provides R&D efforts to develops new technologies and products
3. Evaluates and develops improved techniques for the control of R&D activities
4. Implements and maintains the group‘s R&D procedures, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for R&D;
5. Acts as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the procurement of services and materials for the group‘s research and development activities;
6. Align and plan R&D strategy and future activities with VP of Global R&D (located in Denmark)

Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years and above experience in R&D function in multi-national companies in the field of embedded electronics/soft ware solutions
2. More than 5 years hands-on experience at management level in team building and team managements
3. Background as Engineer - software, electronics or similar
4. Very good planning skill
5. Structured mindset
6. Fluent English in speaking and writing
7. University degree, major in mechanical and electrically
8. Good knowledge in project management
