职位描述及要求



Responsibilities:
-Coordinate industrial activities
-With the support of other Functions, build up plant, identify required competences, define plant organization, hire people, follow up projects
-With the support of the PL, receive technologies from other Units, organize industrial process, put in place industrial indicators, organize technical meetings to ensure company and Customers requirement
-Identify new Suppliers, act with sourcing to sign agreement
-Coordinate sales priorities with ISO, follow up implementation of Sales action plan coordinate with ISO to put in place correctives actions if needed

-Coordinate sales activities
-Meet main customers in coordination with ISO to check needs and requirements, Put in place actions needed in the manufacturing area to meet customers expectations

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above majored in Engineering or equivalent category
-10 to 15 years industrial experience, among it, about 5 years operations manager role in foreign company
-Good manufacturing background, financial knowledge
-Very strong technical business understanding
-Strong process driven skills, result oriented, negotiation skills
-Strong leadership
-Fluent in both oral and written English skills
