职位描述及要求



Key responsibilities:
- Lead Product Engineers & Technicians.
- Perform Performance Planning Counseling & Evaluation.
- Analyze Upcoming New Product Projects being Quoted & Sampled.
- Review Latest Specifications for Implemented New Product Projects.
- Provide Technical Assistance to Supplier Factories (Mfg. Specification Creation & Problem Solving).
- Using the New Product Sign-off Checklist Measure & Validate all Critical Aspects including; dimensional, instruction sheets; packaging materials; visual acceptance; fit & function.
- Assist the Factory in the Development of Production/Quality Processes & Procedures.
- Project Management of Projects from Implementation to Launch.
- Interface with New York based Product Management & Engineering Teams on Requirements & Status.
