职位描述及要求



Job descriptions:
- Leads and supports the purchasing activities of THE COMPANY-China. Supports THE COMPANY Purchasing in making strategic worldwide purchasing decisions for materials, components, services and tooling with the right quality, flexible delivery and logistics and at competitive total costs.
-Assists in development of International Supply Strategies.
-Coordinates supply management activities.
-Develops, maintains, and coordinates a quality supplier base.
-Ensures support of operations and/or programs in Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), Ensures supplier improvement and post-launch support.
-Contributes toward advancement of THE COMPANY’s vital supply community.
-Creates measurements and indicators to monitor the economic health, operating systems, capacity and contract performance of each supplier to assure that cost, quality, delivery, and service expectations are met.
-Participates in contract management.
-Functions as a liaison between suppliers and THE COMPANY China.
-Participates as a member of the THE COMPANY China Team.
-Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.


Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
-Minimum ten years broad, business background with progressive materials and procurement experience including five years management experience.
-Demonstrated project and program management skills and proven financial capabilities to maintain quality, cost, and timing of programs.
-Demonstrated strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organization, represent the company in a professional manner, and to sell concepts to customers and strategies to external and internal management
-Experience in international business.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and changing priorities.
-Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills in order to perform job duties independently and make decisions, which meet company goals and objectives.
