responsibilities:-establishingacorecross-functionalteamwithintheorganizationtosupportthedeploymentproject.-establishingtheneedsoftheorganizationthroughmaturityassessments，businessrequirementsanalysis，voc(voiceofthecustomer)surveys，competencyassessmentsetc-establishinganddefiningclearlytheprojectcharter，scope，objectivesandprojectcontrolsforthedeployment-obtainingsponsor/stakeholdersign-offoftheprojectcharterandscopetoensurethecompletealignmentwiththesponsor/stakeholderrequirementsandtheallocationofappropriateresourcesandfundstoenablesuccessfuldeliveryofthedeploymentprogram.-aligningthedeploymentteamperformancewiththeprojectcharter，scopeandobjectives-lead&facilitatetheteamthroughtheprojectplanningprocesstocreateaneffectiveprojectmanagementplanwhichwillincludeatminimumtheschedule，costanalysisandbudget，qualityplan，riskmanagementplan，resourceplan，humanresource，procurementplan.-lead&facilitatetheprojectteamthroughtheexecutionoftheprojectmanagementplan-ensurethereisaclearplanforcommunication，escalationandreportingtoprojectsponsors/stakeholders-monitorandcontrolofprojectperformance-timelyresolutionofanyissuesthatmayaffecttheperformanceoftheproject-througheffectivechangemanagementprocess;evaluate，approveandcontrolanychangestotheprojectmanagementplanandassociateddocumentsandsub-plans-mentorallemployeesundergoingthelearninganddevelopmentprogramincludingtheemployeesinthecareeraccelerationprogram(cap)-religiouslysupportthecontinuousimprovementphilosophybyprovidingexpertinputandlessonslearnedtoimproveallaspectsofprojectmanagementprocessandthedeploymentinitiativecompetencies&qualifications:-bsc/mscinscientific/engineering/technicaldiscipline-pmp(projectmanagementprofessional)certificationprovidedbytheprojectmanagementinstitute(pmi?-minimumof5yrsofexperienceinprojectmanagementwithaprovenrecordofsuccess-experienceandworkingknowledgeofprojectmanagementsupportingsoftwaretools/solutions-abilitytointerfaceandcommunicatewithdifferentlevelsoftheorganization-demonstratessoundleadershipcapabilitiesinlinewiththeleadershiptraits-wellorganized&disciplined，goodattentiontodetail，setsprioritiesandmanagestimeeffectively-excellentinterpersonalskills(e.g..coaching，motivating，conflictmanagement)-strongteambuilding&leadershipskillswiththeabilitytobuildcommitmentandintensecollaborationwithintheteam-strongproficiencyincostmanagement-committedtodrivingacultureofcontinuousimprovement-passionatecustomerserviceorientation-demonstratesresourcefulness，creativity，flexibilityandarelentlessdrivetoensureprojectsuccess-knowledgeandproficiencyinproblemsolvingprocessesandtechniques-strongcommunicationskills(verbally，listeningandwriting)
