职位描述及要求



Job purpose:
1. Responsibility for leading and managing the dynamics of cross-functional process projects and business wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with cross-functional team;
2. Suggest and implement best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize process in all area of the business;
3. Work with management team to integrate the 6 Sigma approach into the company’s business strategy;
4. Be expected to complete at least 6 projects per year with positive business results;
5. Include business supplies and customers to fully integrate the 6 Sigma methodology into the entire product value stream;
6. Special Project as requested; rt
Role Requirements/Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field.
Experience:
More then 5 years working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, plating or stamping industry experience is preferred.
Abilities and Skills:
Demonstrated technical skills and industry engineering knowledge.
Excellent English&Chinese communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience in using Minitab software.
Good statistical analysis skills.
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
