职位描述及要求



Job Duties:

- Recruit and manage a team of Beauty Consultants in SH and BJ
- Set and assign monthly sales target at counter levels in order to achieve company annual sales target
- Assist Training and Operation Manager to prepare Product and Customer Service Training Manual
- Conduct skincare and new product training as well as sales and customer service training on a regular basis


Requirements:
- Well groomed and mature personality
- 5 years plus experience in cosmetic counters sales operation and at least 2 years experience in managing a team of Beauty Advisors / Consultants
- Solid experience in skincare product, sales and customer service training
- Working experience gained in giant cosmetic house is preferred
- New brand launch experience is highly valued
- Independent, result-oriented and excellent inter-personal skills
