| 职位描述及要求 | |
| 1、Job Purpose: The main objective of the Manufacturing Assistant China is to provide technical local support for the Operations Director East Asia. This will involve continuous following of improvement initiatives in the factories and providing a solid communication link between the factories and the Operations Director East Asia. 2、Key accountabilities: • Ensure that the communication channels at numerous levels in the business remain always strong so the aims and requirements of the Company and the manufacturing direction are fully understood. • Ensure that actions required from factory personnel are continuously followed up and are displaying progress. • Assist the Operations Director in the project management of key factory projects / upgrades. • Actively communicate with the Operations Director and colleagues of Commercial, Marketing and Finance to provide a coherent customer focused business approach. • Assist Plant managers and the Operations Director with monthly review of financial performance of key factory financial targets particularly product manufactured unit costs and maintenance expenditure are achieved. Monthly China Consolidated summary report of variances with notations is to be maintained. • Assist in the development and maintenance of an action plan that creates a direction and path forward that will see the factory prepared for the long term needs of the business. The action plan will focus on the continuous improvement exercises aimed at improving the key factory efficiency indicators. • Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sales. • Be responsible for consolidating the safety performance for all China factories. • To be aware of and implement all current health, safety and environmental legislation in order to ensure that the factory operates within legal boundaries and provides a satisfactory workplace for our employees. • Assist the Operations Director to review and report on the various factory preventative maintenance systems to ensure that costs are kept to minimum but sufficient maintenance is done • Assist with appropriate programs that are in place to maintain good relations with the local community and our nearest neighbours. • To actively pursue best practice of Knauf partner factories and encourage implementation of new ideas. • Assist the operations director to monitor training levels of all plant staff. 3、Key Performance Measures: • Accurate and detailed reporting on the follow up items for each individual factory. • Monthly review of financial variances for each factory with unit costs and expenses the two key areas for focus. • Monthly consolidated report performance of factories for the agreed minimum plant measures of utilisation, yield, scrap and quality. Commentary of variances and issues to be included. • Assisting the factories in meeting agreed reduction in raw material consumption levels and conversion costs. • Accurate monthly report on safety statistics such as LTI, MTI and First Aid injuries. • Housekeeping is maintained at all times at the agreed high standard. 4、Key Behaviours and Attributes: • Excellent communicator at all levels • Strong influencing ability • Very well organised person that can routinely follow up on issues both small and large that are occurring in the plants. • Strong team player that uses authority wisely and appropriately • Comfortable making decisions based on sound information and judgement. • An individual that understands the appropriate time to be “hands on”. • An enthusiastic person that enjoys learning technical issues in detail. • An honest and pleasant character that enjoys the challenges that the factory presents. • Uses a systematic logical approach to trouble shooting and problem solving. • Excellent planner and executor of actions 5、Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Degree or equivalent in engineering preferably Mechanical. Production Engineering also highly regarded. • A minimum of 3 years in a mechanical engineering position acting as either maintenance engineer or project engineer. Similar experience in a capacity as a production manager in a continuous manufacturing operation would also be considered. • Previous experience with a multi-national company is considered a strong advantage. • Some experience managing mechanics or production operators would be essential. • Good knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations • Good computer literacy. • Excellent English will be essential. 6、Additional Information: Manufacturing Assistant China will be based at one of the factories either Wuhu, Machong or Tianjin depending on the circumstances of the candidate. 备注:上班地点:上海\太仓各一名 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件),以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至utarcv88@126.com。 |
