职位描述及要求



Duties and Responsibilities:
·Lead the team in the pursuit of quality improvement and productivity improvement
·Be responsible for manpower planning, training, development and upgrading of staff within the team
·Coordinate with various sections within the division or various departments within the company regarding test
specifications, procedures, results and services
·Ensure that the laboratory is properly and safely equipped to comply with the requirements of relevant standards
·Review and approve test results/reports
·Be consultant, trainer for technical issue. Handle special enquiries/complaints from other teams, customers
·Be aware of new relevant standards, specification and procedures, develop new test item
·Assist in the preparation of the sectional budget and exercise control of expenses

Requirements:
-Good experience and knowledge in toys standard for different market, eg. EU, US, Canada etc.
- University graduate or above.
- Good communication skill
- Good writing and speaking in English
