职位描述及要求
Responsibilities:
-To be responsible Plans, control and direct activities of the IT function to ensure effective management control and operations.
-Consult with management to analyze infrastructure, network and computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions
-Recommend and develop plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing
-Manage the development, implementation, installation, and operation of infrastructure, network and computer systems for the organization
-Develop, implement, and monitor corporate and local IT policies and control to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance
-Negotiate and contract with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products
-Provide support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware
-Manage computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions
-Reviews telecommunication, computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems
-Develops, maintains, and tests disaster recovery plans
-Work with Corporate MIS to ensure integrity of infrastructure, network and all IT related matters.
-Assist in operations by providing support and technical expertise to guide subordinates in the execution of their roles
-Review and approve all MIS documents prepared by subordinates.
-Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in IT related disciplines.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-At least six year‘s experience in management position.
-Experience with ERP, distribution and accounting application software and database such as SUN, -UFIDA, AUTOLINE, SQL, DB2 and operating platforms in Windows, UNIX and AS/400
-Fully conversant with application development cycle.
-Experience supporting and managing three-tier client server networking environment, -UNIX/SQL server databases, web server and internet/intranet/extranet connectivity.
-Experience in installing and configuring WAN/LAN devices, trouble-shooting network -connectivity issues in Microsoft Windows and UNIX environment.
-Experience in project management and demonstrated ability to take projects through all phases of implementation as well as post-implementation follow-ups.
-Knowledge of automobile business an advantage
