Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:

Job Purpose 岗位目的:
负责包材的变更控制、相应的包材管理及使用后问题的解决，保证TKSF包材的管理符合包装和GSK相关规范要求
Responsible for artwork control and management of packaging material， and handle the quality issues of packaging material. To ensure the packaging material of TSKF meet the requirements of GSK and cGMP.

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1. 负责协调落实GSK QMS，地方法规有关包材等规范要求的实施。
Coordinate and implement QMS， local regulation and requirements related to packaging material.
2. 依据法规，GSK政策，市场需求，包装能力等的要求对包装材料的标准进行维护，更新和发布。
Update and issue the specification of packaging material according to regulation， GSK policy， marketing requirements and packaging production status.
3. 负责包装材料图样的变更控制，与包装质量相关的有关部门/职能的人员合作，包括包装材料供应商，确保包装图样变更得以控制，并有效地和高效率地执行。
Be in charge of the artwork change control of packaging material， cooperate with related department and staff including suppliers to ensure the change to be performed smoothly.
4. 与当地和GSK有关负责人员沟通，交流包材管理，图样变更，技术等的问题。
Communicate with other GSK site related to management， change and technical issues of packaging materials.
5. 对报废/待处理包材作出处理意见并确保对其进行控制。与相关部门共同处理好报废/待处理包材。
Control the rejected and held packaging material. And cooperate with other department to deal with them.
6. 负责包装设计的文档保存。
Archive the artwork document.
7. 负责退换货处理以及报废物品的监销。
Check the returned finished goods and monitor the handling process of rejected goods.

The quality of packaging materials is variable， so it maybe effect the testing and usage.
 国内外客户的需求是不断变化的，目标市场法规也是不断变化和更新的，印字包材设计因此时常更新。
The marketing company (Domestic/Overseas) requirements keeping update， and target marketing regulation keeping change as well， therefore artwork design needs to be updated accordingly
• 工作中需要复杂分析的情况：Complexity of analysis in the job
 包材供应商的质量管理变化，及时发现并分析可能影响包材质量及供应的因素
Assessment the affection related to the quality and supply of packaging material according to vendor quality change.
 针对包材需求变化，进行分析讨论包材变化的市场、包装及印刷的可行性
Analyze the feasibility of printing， packaging and marketing based on the change about the requirement of packaging material.
• 沟通复杂性(指该职位在工作中经常性的且最具挑战性的沟通，包括与组织内部及外部的沟通) complexity of communication
 与市场、医药、包装、计划、采购等进行沟通包材图样变更中出现的问题
Communicate with relevant department about artwork change control.
 与GSK商业沟通赛乐特包材图样变更方面的问题
Communicate with GSK commercial department regarding the artwork change of Seroxat.
 与包装生产部门及供应商沟通包材变更和使用中出现的问题
Communicate with supplier and packaging operation team regarding artwork change and problem in production.

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:
• 文化程度(学历/专业) Education degree
大专毕业（或相当学历），药学或相关专业毕业；
Junior college， major in Pharmacy or related.
• 任职经验 Experience
3年以上相关工作经验。
More than 3 years working experience.
• 专业知识/技能 Professional knowledge / skill
了解GSK质量组织和QMS系统，熟悉相关部分(相关包材管理)
Know quality organization and QMS of GSK， and be familiar with quality requirements of packaging materials
熟悉GSK报告系统/衡量系统/质量审计系统
Be familiar with GSK report system， assessment system and quality audit system.
了解国家和地方质量政策法规(GMP，GSP)，熟悉地方包装法规等
Know the relevant National and local quality policy and regulation， and be familiar with local packaging regulation.
熟悉公司相关质量体系/包装工艺规程/SOP/质量标准，了解TSKF产品基本知识
Be familiar with TSKF quality system/packaging process /SOP/quality standard， know TSKF product.
了解TSKF包材厂商的行业质量管理，熟悉相关包装工艺、包装材料印刷知识
Know quality management of packaging material supplier， and be familiar with the manufacturing technics and printing of packaging material.
熟悉文档管理知识 Be familiar with documentation and archive management.
具有质量检验或相关证书 Certificate of QA
• 计算机及外语水平 Computer and English level
熟练使用公司应用办公软件 Be familiar with the Office software and other professional software.
有一定的英语水平 Basic English skill
• 能力要求Professional
良好的职业道德，诚信、细心、责任心
Well occupational moral， Honest， carefulness persist in the principles.
较高的质量敏感性
High sensitivity of quality
较强的沟通、协调、组织能力与技巧，创新能力
Good ability and skill in communication， coordination， organization， and creation as well.
较强的分析判断解决问题的能力。
Good ability of analysis， judgement and trouble shooting
较好的书面报告能力，较强的学习能力
Good ability of reporting in written， and learning.
