ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT
To sell and promote Airliner products and services to customers so as to generate maximum revenues and expand market share. Enlarge Airliner influence and master branding in China by training/seminars/integrated projects handling.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
? To gather and prepare Travel Agents/ Corporate/BSP Agents/ Flying Blue/ Business class pool clientele database for planning and identifying clients’ needs.
? To prepare visit workplan for clients for optimum utilization of time and resources.
? To visit, service and build relations to clients (TA, CLP, Govt etc) to maintain loyalty and optimise revenue.
? To achieve set sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the airline.
? To prepare, close sales contracts and deals to key accounts to generate maximum revenue.
? To promote Airliner products and services to create awareness and generate sales and revenue.
? Collect local market intelligent/ information with competitor airliners/local tourism products and trend so as to maintain a competitive edge and generate sales.
? To prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation and monitoring.
? Under the close instruction of Sales Manager China for further follow up.
? To be proud to work in Airliner Business and long term career development with This Airliners.

ERFORMANCE INDICATORS
? Evidence of database
? Attainment of set targets in terms of revenue, yield and pax numbers
? Quality of key sales/accounts relationships
? Airliner brand awareness and products in his/her area of operation
? Accurate and timely reports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

? Bachalor Degree in International Trade and English preferred. At least 4 years sales experience or working experience with International company preferred.
? Usual experience for at lest one year with International Airliners/GSA will be special advantage.
? Selling and negotiation skills
? Computer literate
? Valid driving licences and at least three years driving experience.
? Analytical influencing skills
? Fluent in oral/writing/reading English and get used to work in International Environment.
