职位描述及要求



任职要求：
1.Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering.
> 2.Over 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of facility.
> 3.Exposure to Compressor System, Cooling Tower, Water Treatment System, Dust Collector
> System,Boiler, and Fire Protection Systems.
> 4.Exposure to Steam Boiler System, Hot Water Generation System, Compressed Air System
> 5.Fluent in English to agreed standard.

职位职责：
1.Formulate and implement routine preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance for
> the site utility systems and facilities, keeping them in optimum operating condition to
> support continuous manufacturing activities. Carry out regular review to improve
> preventative and predictive maintenance programme to enhance reliability and to comply
> with ISO and Statutory requirements.
> 2.Organise and lead the operation of the site utility systems and facilities, in a safe
> and efficient manner. Contribute to the energy conservation programme
> 3.Train, coach, supervise and plan the deployment of technicians and operators to provide
> operation and maintenance support to ensure uninterrupted utilities supply and smooth
> functioning of facilities. Ensure all the safety procedures regulations are complied
> with.
> 4.Provide expertise and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and improve the efficiency
> and reliability of the plant and equipment.
> 6.Contribute towards the development of spare inventory system to ensure an optimum level
> of spares and equipment is stocked to support continuous operation
7.Review and update the Standard Operating Procedures is adhered to in documentation and
> daily activities.
> 8.Establish maintenance and operation budgets and exercise an effective cost control over
> these funds.
> 9.Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in assigned areas
> and assuring the safety of all personnel under supervision.
