Main Job Responsibility:

l Work closely with independent dealers to identify the sales opportunities in the respective areas

l Collaborate with dealers to lead all kinds sales activities to improve penetration in the market

l Identify and analyse the gap between dealers’ competencies and the company requirement and provide effective and efficient support to facilitate dealers’ business development by being actively involved in the daily management of sales force or in the bidding activities of the dealer organizations

l Collect and analyse market information of the region and work out proposals & solutions to improve the company brand awareness in the local market

l Be the communication bridge between the dealer and the company to better support the business growth both of sales and of aftermarket

Job Specification:

l Full-time study in college or university in mechanical engineering or related fields

l Above 5 years experience in sales area in heavy machine industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory position; experience in dealer management is preferred

l Good team player and strong leadership

l Excellent presentation skills， communication skills and interpersonal skills

l Proficiency in computer skills

l Good command of English
