KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience
？Have a university degree or, alternatively, have a formal qualification in the preparation, implementation, maintenance and management of Quality Systems meeting recognised standards such as ISO 9001:2000
？Have practical understanding of business processes, for example from experience within an operational function.
？Proven good communications skills are essential, especially in multi-cultural business environments.
？Has several years experience in the interpretation and practical application of ISO standards.
？Is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 and/or ISO/TS 16949.
？Chemical industry background is perferable.

Knowledge
Must have knowledge and experience of dealing with persons at all levels in the organisation from Site Manager to the chemist.

Language Skills
Fluency in English is required. Other languages are desirable but not essential.
