职位描述及要求



Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Managing and Implementing net work planning process to achieve development;
2.Collecting and analyzing trade zone information including competitor information;
3.Communicating and cooperating with regional manager, assets manager, and store development and operation team to resolve sort store issues, such as negotiation with landlord for rent reduction, release;
4.Keeping sufficient pipeline for new store;
5.Ensuring the good performance on the KPI of new store including new store count, sales, SOP, store week;
6.Observeing the rule of development policy and procedure;
7.Cooperating with construction team to support new store opening;
8.Manageing the reasonable relationship with landlord and government.

Qualifications:
1.Below 35 years of age;
2.University graduate;
3.At least 3 years related working experiences in site selection and lease negotiation;
4.Good leadership, self-motivation, negotiation skill, and aggressive mind;
5.Frequent traveling.
