职位描述及要求



Job Title: Key Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:
a.Establish customer sales, distribution and shelf space targets by brand, by quarter, and full year
b.Review customer performance weekly and set up, share and develop the best practice in stores
c.Jointly develop productivity metrics for shelf space to measure performance
d.Strong capability in work with distributor/wholesaler closely to achieve business objectives by mutual understanding and supports
e.Coordinate with distributors/wholesalers well on inventory and logistic things
f.Understand and execute marketing and promotion strategies

Requirements:
College over graduation of business management, markting, or equivalent.
3+ years experiecne in sales & marketing in local retail environment, preferable in FMCG and hypermarket key accounts
Experience in hypermarket selling
Proven sales and key account management record
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of commercial
High level of enthusiasm and tenacity
