Requirements:

-BA degree;
-Min. 5 Years related work experience
-Excellent English & Chinese languages skill
-Good communication skill and problem solving skill
-Must be customer orientated

Human Resources

Selection

- Implement selection and interview process (e.g. conduct role description formulation; follow job ads delivery; Screen CVs and conduct telephone interview; Assist in interview schedule arrangement and testing; Issue HR announcement);
- Conduct orientation for new hires (e.g. handle personnel cards, IT issue and company presentation);
- Establish and develop HR relative intelligence from labour market (e.g. laws, regulation and local employment conditions in head office and branch office areas;)
- Conduct exit interview;

Labour relations

- Deal with labour relations covering labour contract conclusion and termination, company events (e.g. conference, workshops, company outing) coordination, etc.
- Establish and develop employee communication channel;

Other HR functions

- Execute HR policies and programs (e.g. KPI, incentive, retention)
- Assist in other HR functions (e.g. performance appraisal, training, employee handbook)
- Follow up projects / tasks within or cross departments

Administration

To plan, coordinate, monitor and execute administration management (e.g. arrange clean, repairs and maintenance, security, hotel, transportation, office supplies, visitors, conference) to meet office needs and employee’s satisfaction.
