Job Title: Human Resources Manager Date: Nov 2007
Department: HR Prepared By: HR Director
JOB PURPOSE (WHY THIS JOB EXISTS)
To propose, implement and ensure effective execution of HR programs regarding Resources Development, Training, C & B and Employee Relations in line with company HR strategy to support business priorities and enhance organization capability in the company.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Direct report: HR Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organization Effectiveness
? Work together with other Corp HR functional managers and line people to implement overall HR strategy in line with the Group guidelines
? Facilitate and conduct organization and job analysis, identify issues and propose the effective structure to support business in all the functions.

Resource Development
? Participate in annual Headcount Planning. Select suitable recruitment channels for sourcing of candidates. Conduct interviews and recommend quality candidates to line managers.
? Facilitate effective objective setting, Performance and Development Review process
? Support the annual manager review and facilitate career development actions for key resources.
Compensation /Benefits
? Asst the developing of company C & B Policies and ensure effective execution
? Participate in annual salary review process to be in line with budget and compensation guideline to ensure internal equity

Training
? Work together with Line managers to review staff‘s training needs, support the implementation of training plans
? Participate and support line manager to design and set up skill training section according to business & employee career development

Employee Relations
? Promote Company culture through various channels (Children’s day, company football match, newsletters, and meetings).
? Build communication bridge between management and employee to build a healthy, safe and conductive working environments
HR Information
? Prepare HR reporting and relevant analysis
? Manage HIRIS data in line with Group guideline
Others
? Joining and Exit Process developing and execution
? Collect marketing information for assisting HR policies development and practice improvement

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
? University graduate with 5-6 years solid HR experience in MNC with strong knowledge in recruitment, training and C & B
? Good understanding of business operations
? Independent, strong influencing, communication & leadership skills,
? Fluent English and strong in computer skills
? Passionate, commitment, team player. Ability to cope with changes
