An international company for food and specialty packaging is seeking a natural leader with strong sales experience in the local Chinese Market, combined with commitment for results, suitable candidate to join the company‘s leadership team.

The suitable candidate will be:
-Fluent in Chinese
-Fluent in English both orally and in written form.
-With Strong Commercial Background:
-Experience in sales to local market of FMCG products, sales of food products – highly advantageous.
-Knowledgeable of importation of food products for retail and food service sector sales.
-Business Development, Marketing (adapting brands to the local market), are a strong advantage.
-Proven record and contacts in different market segments (Retail, Hospitality, Food Service etc.).
-Posses a minimum of 5 years experience in management roles of business environment.

The job requires:
-To be based in Qingdao or Shanghai.
-Extensive local traveling schedule.
-Independent and flexible work attitude
