职位描述及要求
The Job : ? Responsible for operational integrity of all hardware， operating systems， communications and servers? Responsible for operational integrity of computer network， internet access， domain server management? Act as point of contact for staff and suppliers for all IT and communication Issues? Carrying out general IT tasks within the office? Monitor server system performance and firewall logs? Monitor and maintain performance of network and network components? Perform Daily and weekly Backup? Perform installation/upgrading of operating systems， software and drivers ? Diagnose faults on technical systems or equipment and take appropriate action. Ensure that all actions taken comply with organizational policy? Train staff and users to use equipment and new system environment? Perform troubleshooting of all hardware， software， network related incidents and be accountable till problem is resolved ? Supervise the development and installation of IT systems by vendors.? Manage the computer system security requirementRequirements:? University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 3 years of experience.? At least 2-3 years working experience with Server/LAN/WAN environment? CCNA， MCSE Certificate is a Must， CCNP certificate is advantageous? Knowledge in Cisco products and technology Such as: Router， Switch， VPN and VLAN ? Proficient in MS Office ? Good command of written and spoken Chinese ?
