职位描述及要求
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1、Planning and execution of general marketing communication activities in terms of marketing collaterals, public relations, event management, etc.
2、Work with agencies to develop above-the-line and below-the-line advertising campaigns and B2B promotional programs in line with company mission and vision.
3、Media planning and management in terms of benchmark, selection, and long-term relationship build-up.
4、Implementing the regional branding and communications strategies to ensure quality consistency and effectiveness

Nature and Scope:
Internal: Sales dept, Dealer dept, PDM, PE, Technical support etc
External: Media, printing companies, advertising agencies etc

Required Relevant Work Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications:
1、Degree holder in Business/Marketing/Communications or related disciplines
2、With minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferable gained in public-listed company and multinational firm
3、Hands-on experience in preparing English/Chinese communication materials independently
4、Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
5、Creative thinking, well organized and responsive to change
6、Good communication and interpersonal skills
7、Occasional travel is required

首要的义务和职责：
1、根据市场担保、公众关系、事件管理等进行共同市场联络活动的规划和执行。
2、同开发一起开发线上和线下的广告活动以及在遵循公司的任务和使命的前提下开发B2B的促销项目。
3、根据基准值、选择以及长期的构建好的关系开展媒体规划和管理。
4、实现区域性的品牌建设和沟通策略，确保品质的连贯性和有效性。

本职工作和工作范围：
1、内部的：销售部门、经理商部门、PDM，PE，技术支持部门等
2、外部的：媒体、印刷公司、广告代理等

所需的相关工作经验、教育和专业资格：
1、商务/市场/联络及相关学科的学士学位。
2、至少5年的相关工作经验、在上市公司和跨国公司中工作过更好。
3、独自准备中英文素材方面的动手能力。
4、优秀的英语书面表达能力和口语表达能力是必需的。
5、创造性思考，良好的组织性和能变化的作出及时回馈。
6、良好的沟通和人际关系技能。
7、能够偶而出差。

2、负责任且积极主动。
3、实际的、事前的思考。

工作地点：上海
薪资待遇：30万以上/年薪
