职位描述及要求



RESPONSIBILITIES::

Manage and improve the overall production lines to achieve the key Performance Indicators on quality, cost, efficiency and flexibility.
Determine the production schedule based on master production schedule and conjunction with Production Planner.
Allocation of people from production lines and shifts to fulfill production requirements.
Manage the safety risks in production shop floor, ensure no injure to the employees.
Coordination with SCM, HR, Finance & Engineering for material availability, manpower availability, stock monitoring and process capability improvement.
Closely monitor the manufacturing cost include usage of consumables, drive the cost improvement for production lines.
Drive lean projects and activities implementation in production lines.
To ensure production employees are trained in their area of skills and responsibility, including preparation and performing of training plans.
Meet or exceed productivity targets set by CM for the Lines.
Recommend and manage continuous improvements for the Lines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

OH&S instruction
College graduated or above, major in mechanical engineering or related.
Computer literacy
Good written and spoken English
Minimum 5 years of production management experience in electronics manufacturing industry
