Efficiency Controller

Job description:
1. leading to establish， maintain and improve industry cost analysis framework.

2. Prepare annual budget and control the cost based on budget

3. Analyze and proactively communicate monthly financial performance by preparing variance reports， monthly package and giving reasonable explanation on the variances.
4. Review with appropriate internal control system on inadequate action until there has been a satisfactory resolution of the matter.

5. Support to continuous improvement of system and profit center， guiding and supervising cost analysis， providing suggestions on increase of margin/profitability based on cost analysis， cooperation with relevant departments for continuous cost reduction and expense saving procedure.
6. Effectively carry out functions of accounting， custody， and control in accordance with management policies and involvement in-depth in KPI review for departments regarding implementation of company performance target.

7. Coordinate with HQ operation controller for overall factory cost reporting and analysis.

Requirements:
1. University graduated with Finance and Accounting background.
2. Minimum 7 years experience with large manufacturing enterprises preferred to have exposure in enterprises with complicated production process and costing structure
3. Experience to develop and analyze skills.
4. Good communication and leadership skills.

5. Fluent verbal and written in English.
6. Strong computer skills， SAP/Other ERP systems experience is a plus
