职位描述及要求



1 Maintain and update HR policy and procedures, in accordance with general guidelines China.
2 Ensure compliance with Chinese labor law
3 Working together with IPS China Compensation team to recommend compensation and benefits package for staff.
4 Recruit, retain and develop human resources capital for Beijing Office, in accordance with company needs.
5 In conjunction with other functional departments, maintain & develop Invensys performance management system for Beijing Office.
6 Develop training programs to enhance staff performance for Beijing office.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor’s degree or above. HR / Process industry major is a priority
Work Experience

Min 7 years of experience in HR function including min.2 years in a managerial position of HR function (Process industries is a priority).
Specific Knowledge / Skills
1 Familiar with Labor Law and regulations
2 Excellent communication, Consulting, presentation and moderating skills
3 Positive work attitude with attention to details
4 Hands-on experience in HR management in multinational companies
5 proficient written and spoken English efficiency and proficient MS Office
6 Training design techniques
7 Good understanding of labor market trends
