| 职位描述及要求 | |
1 Maintain and update HR policy and procedures, in accordance with general guidelines China. 2 Ensure compliance with Chinese labor law 3 Working together with IPS China Compensation team to recommend compensation and benefits package for staff. 4 Recruit, retain and develop human resources capital for Beijing Office, in accordance with company needs. 5 In conjunction with other functional departments, maintain & develop Invensys performance management system for Beijing Office. 6 Develop training programs to enhance staff performance for Beijing office. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree or above. HR / Process industry major is a priority Work Experience Min 7 years of experience in HR function including min.2 years in a managerial position of HR function (Process industries is a priority).
