职位描述及要求
Responsibility:
1.Supports and is involved in marketing activies
2.Directs the preparations of project presentations and promotional material
3.Participate in presentations and pre-project meetings with Governments， investors， etc.
4.Prepare bidding documents and contracts with design firms， contractors etc.
5.Organises and chairs bidding meetings
6.Directs project contract negotiations
7.Establishes and maintaines project plans， budgets and time schedules
8.Manages the design process by JV partners and external parties
9.Ensures that designs fulfill the JV requirements
10.Reviews project management processes and systems to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.
11.Coordinates with related departments and public authorities to solve the project issue.
12.Provide monthly reports to management on the progress of the projects， plus recommended action to improve customer satisfaction.
13.Supervise contractors on construction site for quality， safety and schedule.
14.Representing the JV twoards project parties and stakeholders

Qualification:
1.College and University Graduates in Architectural， Mechanical， Electrical or Civil engineering
2.Minimum 10 years experience with a planning/design firm or PM company or Real Esate developer with significant project / construction management experience.
3.Proactive and aware of correct project management and field construction procedures and operations
4.Commercially driven
5.Client focused and communicatively skilled
6.Able to balance different cultures
7.Good command of both written & spoken English & Mandarin.
8.Multi-disciplinary work experience is a plus
9.Good command of MS office
10.Team player and abel to motivate people
11.Able to maintain a good overal view on the project
