1. 5 Years Experience of Game Development with at least one release as Lead.

2. Have a strong understanding of games and game level design. Knowledge of console or PC game platform limitations should be excellent.

3. Provide Mentoring and support for junior members of staff when needed.

4. Must possess strong leadership skills in order to effectively delegate tasks to junior members of the team.

5. Strong technical art skills required for creating optimized levels (i.e. understanding of memory/poly/texture limitations， efficiency in building collision， comprehension of building streaming/loading levels， character and level lighting， etc.).
