职位描述及要求
Briefing:
It‘s an American professional services provider for award-winning food, hospitality, facility management services and high-quality uniform and work apparel.

Primary Purpose:
Design and develop recruiting plan based on the business strategy. Organize and supervise the recruiting process to increase recruiting efficiency and quality, while decreasing cycle time to fill positions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build up and develop staffing programs and policies to ensure all of the programs and policies are in compliance with labour law;
2. Work with each department to analyze their people needs based on the business strategy, provide consultation on talent selection criteria and design recruiting plan accordingly;
3. Supervise the implementation of recruiting policies and procedures;
4. Coordinate advertising process and develop different recruitment channels. Find right recruitment channels and agencies in different areas. Build up and maintain good relationship with local labour bureau and/or agencies to ensure rich labour resources;
5. Execute the recruitment plan and facilitate interview process & tools to hire employees with right skills and knowledge;
6. Organize the analysis of the reasons of employee‘s demission to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover, generate turnover analysis report and provide appropriate suggestions;
7. Organize the update of Resumix database and the generation of Recruitment Statistic report. Perform candidate tracking, including GCNF (good candidate, not fit) and DNP (Do not pursue);
8. Manage staffing and performance of subordinates. Develop and train subordinates in order to increase skills relevant to position and maintain a high level of engagement.

Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor‘s degree or above;
2. 3-5 years‘ experience in HR focused on recruitment , inclusive of managerial experience of at least 2 years;
3. Having worked in service industry or big size manufactured firm is preferred;
4. Fluent written and oral English, can work in a multi-national firm well;
5. Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
