职位描述及要求



Purpose of the Role：
Management
- Lead and supervision of production engineering department
- Create environment for people development and engagement
- Produce high performance leaders
- Control on tooling, spare parts and other expenses within budget
- Insure all relative documents effectively and properly updated
KPI driving
-Drive PPM, FPR, Productivity and Idle time continuously improvement (5% annually)
Coordination
- Work with R&D on new project preparation, including capacity analysis, layout, HC calculation, CAPEX planning, etc.
- Work with Lean & Six Sigma leader to complete relative projects

Minimum qualification

For commencement in the Role
-Full understanding of electronics manufacturing process, such as SMT, Wave Soldering.
-Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4).
-Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel.
-At least 2 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company.
-Bachelor in an electronics/mechanical related discipline with 5~10 years experience in a Process/Industrial Engineering or in a similar role.
-CAD system knowledge

For permanent pursuit

-Process Analysis skills
-SAP training for material master, work center and routing.
-Total productive maintenance skill
-Lean manufacturing
-Green Belt/ Black Belt (preferred)
-Lead ship skill
