职位描述及要求
Job Responsibilities

-

Sound managerial skills and able to lead a Shipping operation team to achieve the team targets.

-

Responsible to collaborate with PRC factories for delivery planning and ensure the related shipping operation activities can be done in a timely manner.

-

Also responsible to work closely with sales department for daily shipping operation support， and with cross functional departments to solve operation problems relating to workflow and procedure

-

Handle urgent and emergency case.

-

Evaluate and monitor the working process of shipping department internally and with other departments

-

Networking with shipping companies and forwarders for fast information.

-



Negotiate the terms of pricing and operation with shipping and forwarder companies.

-

Well-experience in latest logistic tools to design and upgrade company’s shipping service

-

Familiar with all export trade regulations for USA/Europe market

-

Good systematic set up skill and familiar with China Policy and Regulations

-



Familiar with LC terms and operations

-

Able to prepare full sets of shipping documents under LC for presentation to banks.



Requirements:



-



Bachelor degree .

-

Minimum 6 years

solid

Shipping or logistic experience， in which at least 3 years in

supervisor /

manager position.

-



Experience in m

anufacturing companies of electronic consumable products industry

preferred.

-

Good verbal and written skills， both in English and Mandarin;

-



Good management skills;

Good skills in problem solving.

-



Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
