职位描述及要求



REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read and follow drawing.
Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and Chinese.
Knowledge of personal computer software and equipment
Attention to detail.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a manufacturing setting.
Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
Ability to be decisive and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to interview, select and organize people into teams to achieve production goals.
High energy level and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
Experience with an MRP/ERP system a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor‘s degree in a related business or technical field or equivalent education and experience.
Evidence of Continued Education and Training.
4+ years supervisory experience in a similar position required.
