职位描述及要求
Responsibilities/工作职责:



1.Responsible for managing and leading all departments in factory， including Mental Forming Dept.， Molding Dept.， Assembly， Injection Molding Dept.， Personnel and etc.

/负责五金，工模，装配，注塑，人事行政等全厂各部门的全面管理工作



2.Work closely with Group Directors to develop manufacturing strategy， arrange material purchase， direct the implementation of activities and allocation of the resources， control the process and quality to meet the requirement of product quality， cost control， technical quality， production period and etc.

/根据集团公司下达的生产任务，全面制定生产计划，安排物料采购，协调生产过程中的各种活动和资源，以达到公司对产品的技术质量、成本控制、产品质量、生产周期等要求



3．Set up the manufacturing control system， implement all measures for safe manufacturing

/建立良性的生产控制系统，落实各项安全生产措施，确保车间安全生产



4．Enhance the communication and cooperation among departments， betimes settle the problems arisen in manufacturing process

/加强各部门间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题



5．Roundly mediate the internal and external affairs in factory

/综合协调解决工厂对内、对外事务



6．Integrate the personnel and Admin structure， guide and train Dept. heads to achieve the most effective and most competitive manufacturer

/对工厂的人事行政架构进行整合，指导、培养各部门主管



7．Supervise all the production and daily business activities， control all the work going and the related data

/全面管理工厂生产，日常运作，掌握所有环节的工作情况和相关数据



8．Accomplish other jobs assigned by Senior Management

/完成公司高级管理层安排的其他工作任务



Requirements/工作要求:



1.With 10 years of factory management experience， running with more than 600 staff. Familiar with the manufacturing process、quality control， quality management， and the international standard of our products.

/具有600人以上电子产品工厂， 10年以上管理经验，熟悉电子产品的生产工艺流程，质量控制，现场管理，质量管理体系，熟悉相关行业和产品国际标准



2.University graduate in manufacturing/electronics/Engine/Industrial and etc.

/机械、电子类相关专业毕业，大专以上学历



3.Strongly responsibility， Integrity and easy-going. Possess good coordinating， organizing， and communication skills， good capacity of execution， and can work under pressure

/责任心强，为人忠诚亲和，具有良好的综合协调、组织管理、沟通能力，良好的执行力，能够承受高强度的工作压力



4.Good English reading and writing skills are recommended

/英文读写能力良好



5.Fluent Cantonese is an advantage

/会说广州话或广东人优先
