职位描述及要求
公司背景：某著名中法合资企业，集团公司1919年成立，在生产铁路干线、城市轨道交通使用的加热通风和空调系统以及车门系统等产品方面处于国内领先地位。现诚聘如下职位：

岗位职责：
1. 按公司EHS的要求， 贯彻公司EHS理念， 监督生产现场安全生产
To keep safe operation during the shift according to EHS management
2. 贯彻质量体系， 使生产过程严格按相关的质量程序和指导书要求进行
To make sure the operation process is in line with the quality system， procedure and WI.
3. 监督班组执行5S要求
Monitor and implement 5S requirements within the shift
4. 参与和贯彻TPM活动
To participate and implement TPM activity in the production
5. 管理和培训领班
Manage and train the shift leader
6. 协调生产计划， 确保发货要求， 并使生产有序， 高效的进行
Coordinate with planner， to guarantee the on time delivery and high efficient production.
7. 制定并实施操作工培训计划
Together with trainer， to make and carry out the training plan for workers
8. 管理生产现场， 持续改进安全， 5S， 质量及生产效率
To continuously improve the safety， 5S， quality and production efficiency
9. 持续改进现场质量水平， 减少报废率
To continuously improve the quality and reduce the scrap rate
10. 持续改进项目的跟踪管理
To responsible for the continuous improvement project and track
11. 协助生产经理， 协调与质量和采购部门的工作， 保证产品质量和生产交货， 这也是他的首要任务
To Assist production manager， Co-ordinate with quality dept and supply chain dept
In order to guarantee the product quality and finish goods delivery， also it is his first priority.
12. 服从生产经理或其他公司领导的合理安排
To obey the reasonable arrangement from production manager or company

职位要求：
1. College graduated with major in machine or other related major， can work hand on 大专学历，机械或相关专业，有实际动手能力。
2. 10 years and above working experience in manufacturing and at least 5 year in supervision experience.
MNC experience is preferred. 10年以上工厂工作经验， 至少5年的主管经验，有外企工作经验为佳。
3. Good working attitude and can work under pressure. 良好的工作态度，能在压力下开展工作。
4. Strong problem solving skill， strong management skill 较强的现场问题解决能力，较强的管理能力。
5. Good communication skill， can team working. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
6. Good English skill both in Oral and Written 良好的英语说写能力。
7. Willing to work OT to be present at the shop floor at all time.愿意经常加班并时常在现场工作
8. Capable to read drawing.能够阅读图纸
9. Technical improvement skills较强的技术提高能力
